Just as writer's shouldn't compare themselves to others I hope it's ok to encourage you not to compare yourself to your past selves, either! Your work is amazing! I really enjoyed the flash fiction you just published. It was really funny and I think you really nailed the subtleties with the premise.

I really appreciate you writing this and encouraging us to feel encouraged, and here I am encouraging you, but through the magic of this essay, in turn, that again makes me feel encouraged, too!
